How to Redeem a Roblox Gift Card (Step by Step)
To redeem a Roblox gift card, go to roblox.com/redeem in a web browser, log in, type the code from the card, and click Redeem. Roblox says the standard mobile app and consoles cannot redeem cards, so use a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. Samsung Galaxy app users have an in-app option.

- Click Redeem.

Fixing “invalid code” errors
Roblox says gift card codes often have characters that look alike. If you get an error, try swapping:
- 0 (zero) and O
- 1 (one) and I (capital i)
- 2 and Z
- 5 and S
- 6 and G or Q
- 8 and B
If that does not work, Roblox asks you to contact Roblox Support with your username, purchase date and amount, where you bought the card, your country, the card’s PIN and serial number, a photo of your receipt, front and back images of the card, and a screenshot of the error. - Other countries: Roblox says codes can be redeemed in any country, and the amount converts to your account’s local currency.
- Amazon and party pack cards redeem for Robux only.
